Jairo and Fatima produce a microlot of Red Caturra and are somewhat new to coffee
but not to agriculture! They also produce celery, broccoli, potatoes and carrots.
Their goals are to build a new micromill, improve roads on their small farm, and to plant
more coffee and vegetables. Jairo and Fatima put in the extra work to maintain full
traceability of each variety, making them a perfect match to work with Gold Mountain
Coffee Growers, partner of Andes Coffee. Their coffee has been used in barista championships, and because they
only pick super ripe coffee, the cup is uniquely sweet and malic like a juicy red apple.
